Run the job on the ground. You lead a paving, striping or sealcoating crew day to day, set the pace and the standard, and are the person the property manager talks to on site.

What you will do

  • Lead a crew safely and productively through the day's scope.
  • Read the plan and the layout, and set the work out correctly the first time.
  • Hold the quality standard, including ADA compliance and documentation.
  • Coordinate access and phasing with the property so the site stays operational.
  • Report progress, quantities and problems to the superintendent daily.

What you need

  • Several years in paving, striping or pavement maintenance, including crew leadership.
  • Able to read layout drawings and specifications.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Able to communicate clearly with crew and clients.

Helpful to have

  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Traffic control supervisor or flagger certification.
  • CDL.
