Protect the pavement. You clean, prepare and seal asphalt surfaces and fill cracks so a client's lot lasts years longer than it otherwise would.

What you will do

  • Blow, sweep and power wash surfaces before sealer goes down.
  • Rout and fill cracks with hot pour crack sealant.
  • Mix and apply sealer by squeegee, brush and spray to an even coat.
  • Barricade and protect the work until it cures, and communicate closures to the property.
  • Clean and maintain tanks, hoses and spray equipment.

What you need

  • Reliable transportation to the Austin yard.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in heat and around hot equipment and materials.
  • Able to lift and carry material and equipment repeatedly through a shift.
  • Willing to work nights and weekends when a lot has to stay open by day.

Helpful to have

  • Previous sealcoating or crack sealing experience.
  • Power washing experience.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
