Move the iron and run it. You haul equipment and material to job sites across Central Texas and operate the machines once you are there.

What you will do

  • Haul equipment, material and crew trailers to job sites safely and on time.
  • Operate skid steers, rollers, sweepers and paving equipment as assigned.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep logs current.
  • Perform routine maintenance and report defects before they become breakdowns.
  • Support the crew on the ground between hauls.

What you need

  • Valid CDL with an acceptable driving record.
  • Able to pass a DOT physical and required screening.
  • Comfortable hauling and maneuvering equipment in tight commercial lots.
  • Willing to travel across Central Texas and start early.

Helpful to have

  • Experience in paving, striping or heavy civil construction.
  • Equipment maintenance or mechanic experience.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
