Applications from the careers pages appear here. Email notifications are queued separately; delivery status appears in Overview.
Reply to that email and it goes straight to the applicant. You do not have to copy their address out of anything.
Mark each one Contacted, Hired, Passed or Spam as you go. That is only so the next person to look knows where things stand — it sends nothing to the applicant.

Review quote requests, contact customers, and update each request as work progresses. Schedule workspace follow-ups in Quote tracking. Closed and spam requests pause their reminders until reopened. Email delivery status appears in Overview.
Unsaved tracking fields stay available while you change filters or pages in this session. Discard a draft to return to the saved value. Sign-out, session expiry, or a full page reload clears drafts.

A posting you publish goes on the website at the next scheduled website update. Those run automatically, usually within a few hours; the list shows when yours is still waiting.
Ready-made postings for the roles that come up — shop mechanic, dispatcher, office administrator and the rest. Pick one, change whatever you like, and it becomes yours.
Owner and admin: use Edit this ready-made draft to change what everybody starts from. Editing one does not change any posting already written from it.
Pick one and it opens in the editor, filled in and ready to change. Nothing is saved until you press Save, and nothing is on the website until you press Publish.
Publishing puts a posting on the website at the next automatic update, usually within a few hours. Drafts are never public — leave one half-finished for as long as you like; the editor keeps unsaved typing in this tab until you save or discard it.
Add someone creates a login. Pick Staff for most people; Admin also lets them rewrite the ready-made drafts everybody starts from.
Remove ends their access immediately but keeps their name on the postings they wrote, so the history stays honest. You can restore them later.
Send new sign-in email is for somebody locked out or new. It emails them a temporary password that lasts 7 days; at their first sign-in they choose their own. Their old password and every open session stop working straight away. Nobody types a password for anyone else.
Each person’s six-digit sign-in code goes to the email on their account. Someone with no email on file still gets their code sent to Alfredo.
Removing somebody ends their access straight away but keeps their name on the postings they wrote, so the history stays true. You can restore them.
Compare traffic and requests with the previous period. Daily visitor estimates use anonymous identifiers that rotate; they are not unique people across the full period.
Export daily CSV for the day-by-day counts, or summary CSV for contact tracking, service demand, quote values and recorded collections. Summary rows state their scope; some queues cover all dates. Neither export includes customer contact details.
Email status comes from delivery receipts. Queued means waiting, sent means accepted by the email provider, and unknown requires review before resending.
Everything on the public website that people fill in arrives here. You do not need anybody’s help to change a job posting, and nothing you do here can break the rest of the site.
Every section of this console has a small beside its name. Press it and the note for that section opens right there, next to the thing it is about. Everything below is those same notes, gathered.
The Password button at the top right changes your own. The new password has to be at least 12 characters — three words and a number is easier to type on a job site than something you will have to write down.
The password you were given arrived by text, so change it the first time you sign in. If you are locked out, call the office.
Your username is remembered on this computer; your password never is. Refreshing the page keeps you signed in. Closing the tab signs you out, and so does leaving it untouched for 45 minutes — you get a minute’s warning first, and touching anything cancels it. Sign out when you use a shared computer.
